Leo Gbayo Segun CALL TO ORDER The President, Leo Oduwole Oluwaseun, called the meeting to order at exactly 1500hrs. The National anthem was sung by all and subsequently all recited the Leo Prayer. Leo Ayanda Abimbola read the Leo pledge Leo Oladipo Adedayo read the Leo objects Leo Ilesanmi Francis read the Leo purpose Leo Olawale Olapegba read the Lion code of ethics INTRODUCTION All Leos present introduced themselves likewise the guests present. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING The minutes of the last meeting was read out by the Secretary 1 in the absence of the typed copy. The motion of adoption of the minute of the last meeting was moved by Leo Osunfowora Makanjuola and seconded by Leo Fadare Olufemi. MATTERS ARISING A report of the last project; visit to the motherless babies home was given by Leo Olawale Olapegba. The project, which is aimed at showering our love to the motherless babies, was carried out on the 14th of February at the Kersey Motherless Babies Home, Ogbomoso. He added by encouraging all Leos to be punctual for club meeting and that Leos should always make themselves available for club projects. PRESIDENT?S TIME The President utilized this time by orientating members about the ethics of the club. He spoke extensively on the mode of dressing, expression of views and ideas during and after meetings, keeping accounts and accountability, punctuality and many more. Fellowship songs was led by Leo Osunfowora Makanjuola and Leo Olawale Olapegba TAIL TWISTING Tail twisting was conducted by Leo Osunfowora Makanjuola (1st Vice President) and was assisted by Leo Adegbola Oluleke (Secretary 1). A total amount of #700.00 was realized and an i.o.u of #100.00 by Leo Adepoju Olusesan. ELECTIONS After the tail twisting, the President stepped aside for the Electoral Chairperson in person of Leo Jegede Gbemisola to conduct the elections for the Board of Directors for 2004/2005 Lionistic year. A.O.B & ADJOURNMENT In the absence of no other business, Leo Fadare Olufemi moved the motion for adjournment of the meeting till after the exams. Leo Asaolu Christopher seconded this.
